General info for the Sea-Tac airport (Seattle-Tacoma) = located between the two cities

passenger services

need to store your bags ? = ken's baggage and frozen food storage

Transportation to the city - if your going to Seattle, you can take a taxi or city bus or shuttle, but easiest and cheapest possibly is the newer tram system.

retail stores and restos - there are a few places located on the ticket counter side of security, but most are after you pass through security screening. You can find money exchage carts/windows on both sides of security.

The following places are located on the airplane side of the middle TSA security checkpoint

exofficio - Is a cool little store where you can find language books, REI type clothing and little gadgets. Little money pouches are great to conceal money and credit cards and just $2.00 at the counter if in stock.

wine bar - Vino Volo

SECURITY CHECK POINTSNON peak hours(from about 11pm until a certain time in the morning) there is only one TSA security check point open. During peak hours there are 3 I believe. Be prepared to take off your shoes, and I think all 3 of the check points have the scanners where you have to raise your arms in the air and stand still until they give you permission to move forward. Do not make jokes with the security people, take it very seriously, and do as your told and everyones day will be better. Also, i highly suggest not making any improper jokes anywhere in the airport, outside of it, or on the airplane. Do not joke about what is in peoples bags or anything about bad things that could happen, or anything. Unless of course you want the plane to be diverted and to have a very long chat with some very unhappy police and other officials.
