One Stomach bug isn't going to stop me...

Me doing my best Hiro Nakamura impression in Times Square, New York.

You figure that once you're sick, you can't really do much. It really sucks when you get sick around the time of your spring break. I was pretty much reduced to saltine crackers and 7-Up with a case of Pepto for the next few days. It was kind of depressing since I realized I haven't gone outside once since I checked in... but what could I do?

Since we were kind of low on bathroom supplies and medicine, I decided that I needed to walk a few blocks down to the nearest pharmacy to get whatever I needed to make sure that I could get better fast. So far, no improvement whatsoever from the last day.

I wasn't going to let it get the best of me though. After my nap, me and my girlfriend went out to Times Square. Since there was no point in buying a day pass for the MTA, we took a taxi out to the middle of the city.

Although my stomach couldn't quite handle any food, I was craving some serious seafood. We figure that after walking the blocks for about 20 minutes, we might as well stop by the nearest place we could find. After dinner, we walked all the way back to our hotel to rest up for the next day. I hope that if I give it some time, then the stomach will get better.
