Summer holiday in Scandinavia - unforgettable impressions in the form of gigantic glaciers and deep blue fjords, interesting history combined with modern lifestyle, varied culture and happy memories of travelling light-hearted!!

Going southwards

After spending the last night in Bodö we went along the coast with all its varied and picturesque scenery including the wide sea, high mountains, blue lakes and long tunnels. Besides we passed some impressive glaciers and local water power stations.

At lunch time we hopped on a ferry and crossed the Arctic Circle - this time we could notice the symbol of this imaginary line just from a distance but we were told that the ferry was crossing the Arctic Circle right then.

Later on we arrived in Mo i Rana, where we were going to stay for a night.
