A New Development
So my trip is taking on a new direction now.
I've decided that Easter isn't for me... Last year my wife and I were in the middle of a 4-car pile-up. That was fun. And this year the scenery was a little a different, but the same kind of result.
This years interesting Easter Weekend in Perth is making me alter my eating plans for the next several weeks. Good job Korea has an abundance of soup on offer.
I had the pleasure of being attacked from behind whilst on my way home heavily intoxicated by multiple indigenous assailants on Saturday night. Many hours waiting on the weekend at the hospital, in radiology, and at the maxillo facial surgeons today, and I am restricted to soft foods for quite some time.
The outcome, a broken jaw. But in reality, it's not so bad... at least I don't need wiring or surgery - that would've meant my trip was put on hold for a few months. And surprisingly, aside from the jaw, some superficial cuts on my knuckles and elbow, I have no other marks on me at all... All that useless training has paid off? Hah.. sure, why not.
On a brighter note, the tattoo artist I'm in contact with in Singapore is pretty excited about my tat. He loves the concept and is full of ideas. We've just about decided on everything and it's looking like a great treasure. Hell, I've already decided that this guy is so funky that I'll most likely ask him for some input on other work down the line. I can't wait to get this done!
Picked up my tickets and all that stuff today... 2 weeks to go... will I have progressed to poached eggs in time? :P
