Sigfried and Roy
The next morning followed the same as the one before. I woke up first and texted Siobhan to see if she was up yet. We had breakfast and woke everyone else up. We spent the day walking the strip again, spending more time in the hotels. When Siobhan's sister was in Vegas, she said she found $0.99 hotdogs. Our brains screamed "you can do better" but our empty wallets screamed "no you really can't" lol. The entire day of walking, we had our eye out for this bargain but never found it. We found it took a lot longer to walk the strip than we imagined. Part of it probably had to do with the fact that we were hung over, working on 2-3 hours of sleep a night and it was hot out. Our energy levels weren't that high but our spirits were. One thing I haven't mentioned is the experience of the card clickers on the street.
These people are everywhere! They work to promote strip clubs in the city. They legally aren't allowed to talk to you so instead, when you walk by them, they clap and click cards together to get your attention. These cards are like mini brochures with the strip clubs address and a picture of their attreactions. Think tradable baseball cards but for strippers lol. If you avoid eye contact or just say no thanks, they will leave you alone. Its not even an inconvenience, I just thought it was interesting. A few of us started collecting the cards for fun.
After a long day of walking, and some shopping we went back to the hotel to relax. We spent some time at the hotel's casino, were we all lost (luckily we weren't spending that much). We ate dinner at the buffet in the Flamingo.
It was awesome. They had the best crab legs i've ever had. The drink of choice at the buffet was pink lemonade (to fit in with the whole pink theme to the hotel). Our waiter went above and beyond. Everytime someone even took a sip from their lemonade, he came out of nowhere to top it up. He became a legend. We would appreciate Clemente's service for the rest of the week.
After dinner, we watched some tv and started drinking in the hotel again. Tonight we were going to Pure nightclub. Paris Hilton had her birthday there the week before. We weren't going to make the same mistake as the last night so we got there early. Nonetheless, the line was massive. The only way to get in ahead of everyone else was to either be a hot girl dressed really slutty or you had to have thousands of dollars to pay for bottle service (i'm not lying, someone bought a bottle of grey goose vodka for $500!!).
Luckily, Siobhan had connections with a promotional guy and he got us in (if we hadn't had him, we probably would have waited another hour). Note to guys: try and be with a group of good looking girls, it will help your chances of getting in. Pure was awesome. I could see why it was so popular with celebrities. The drinks were expensive but luckily I was well drunk before I even got there (the glorious thing about Vegas is that you can drink while you're waiting in line too!). Pure has a balcony that looks out onto the strip. Pure is in Ceasar's Palace, which is across the street from the Flamingo. The bartender was outstanding. She was extremely friendly and we ended up talking to her the whole night. She teased us for being Canadian. Nathan then ordered an Amaretto sour and it became the highlight of the night.

The bartender started laughing like crazy teasing him for ordering a girl's drink. She was viscious lol. She put about 6 or 7 cherries in his drink to let him know how tame it was. She let him have it the whole night. Nathan then thought he should defend his honor and ended up spending way too much money on drinks (She used him alright).
While all this fun was happening, the girls ended up meeting some guys that invited them into their VIP booth. They spent the night drinking free grey goose. As a result of the unlimited free alcohol, they were all quite drunk. One of the guys then told Britt that he wanted them to go to their hotel party after the club. Britt informed him that she had morals and he replied that all that would happen was some making out and maybe some high fives.
Arc de triomphe
Britt then exclaims that high fives are her favourite and she agrees to leave with him lol (Note: Britt is an itelligent, classy girl but she was not thinking clearly that night lol). I wont tell you what happened that night (I will say that all that happened was indeed making out and high fives) but it remains one of the funniest stories i've ever heard. Even now, when the girls recount it, i die laughing.
So ended a great night once again in the glorious Sin City.
