Wenceslas Square and some shopping!

Penultimate day so we walked over to Vaclavske namesti (Wenceslas Square) via Karlovo namesti (a pretty square, mostly grassed over) where we randomly got given free bars of Chocolate!
Wenceslas Square is mad, there are alot of tourists (mainly school kids) and traffic. The monument is worth a look, a statue of St Wenceslas or Vaclav, who despite the Christmas Carol was not a King, only a Duke. We also wandered up to the Narodni Muzeum (National Museum) but didn't go in, just got a good view of the whole of the Square.
There are allot of shopping arcades around here, the biggest being Palac Lucerna with a very random statue of an upside down horse in the middle of it! There is also a massive Nike shop which is impressive and the Palac Koruna with its random cows dotted around the place. Some good places to find a bargain as well. We ate lunch in little Chinese place just off the square but can't remember it's name - very good though.
As it was our last night we didn't venture far for the evening meal, just across the road to the Potrena husa for some good Czech food, politely declining the second round of free shots offered as we did not want to feel too rough for a return home the next day.
