Hello everybody!!

After five lazy days on the beach in Langkawi we took the boat today and crossed the border to Thailand from the seaside and arrived in this small little town called Satun. If we thought Malaysia is cheap, then we could consider Thailand free lol :) As it is 3 of us travelling right now with our backpackerbuddy Sara from Belgium, we found an...well very cheap and ehm...interesting hotel for about 1.20 per person....the secret of our room is that the toilet is Arabic style which sitting lol :) But hey cant beat the price!

As this town is just ou little stopover until we travel further up north to the east coast of Thailand tomorrow we all probably will get a little nice treat and go for a nice relaxing Thai massage. we have really deserved it.... and hey 4EUR for 2 hours is pretty good value for the money isnt it ;) Also we will start enjoying these awesome nightmarkets in Thailand with their great food, clothes and other nice local specialties....we heard there is one in town, so we`ll check that out later.....besides that there doesnt seem to be much else to do here, as this is not at all what one would consider a touristic hotspot lol :)

The temperature is staying hot and we haven`t seen any rain for at least a week or so now and we`re close to getting an aborigine suntan after being in the sun for hours and hours every day :) We`re loving it and it`s absolutely great.....Also we want to check out some seious Thaiboxing but thing after the other ;) With our passports stamped and being able to stay in the country for 30 days we`ll make the most of the time before we`ll hit the more and more adventurous zones in Laos and Cambodia.....

But enough of us now, we hope that our people in Europe havin not too much of a rough time with the cold temperatures and the snow.....or sure something we don`t miss here :)
