Le Tour de Eiffel!

I took a free walking tour of central Paris today. Alex, my guide was very knowledgable of the rich (and bloody) history of Paris. He got very excited to tell us all about the beheadings and hangings and burnings of all the past rulers of France. Apparently, revolutions happen a lot around here. Note to self: never rule France.

The places we covered were Notre Dame, The Siene river, The Louvre, The Tuileries Gardens, and a lot of other places I can't really remember right now.. :P

It was a beautiful day in Paris. The sun was shining, and I even got a little color on my pasty skin!

Later that night, I went on a pub crawl and met some awesome girls from Philly who were all living in Galway, Ireland on exchange. They have invited me to Galway and said I had a place to sleep if I decided to go. I'm thinking about it..

I think the lighting has improved a bit, because every picture I took was without a flash. The paintings are still really high up, though.
