The Black Forest

I parted ways with Nicole today.. I'm kind of sad to see her go.. she was a very cool travel buddy. Very adventurous!
I hiked through the Black Forest today. It was really cool.. I felt a bit like Hensel and Gretel.. only I had no bread crumbs to leave behind. But no matter, the trails are well marked and very accessible. Again, I love Freiburg! Tonight, there are a lot of people in the hostel, and it's full of music and laughter. If I can, I'd like to come back at some point and try to find some work here.. I think I need to learn german!
Tomorrow I'm off to Berlin! I'm really excited about that. I've wanted to see Berlin for a while!
