We got up bright and early today - ready for Busch Gardens. At 8:15AM we were on our way in the car. The weather could have looked more promising, but we took our chances.
We reached the parking lot at Busch Gardens at 9:15AM - only one hours drive from our condo - not bad at all. Not a lot of traffic either. Again we're pleased about how structured everything is at US Parks... You never have to wonder where to drive or where to park or where to go for you tram / shuttle. It's so nice&easy!
Even though the park opened at 9 it was already lots of cars in the parking area, but no lines for the tram or to get tickets for the park. We were told to go by the information desk on our way out again, to get free 2 day admission to the park, within the next 6 days. We did that.
After visiting Animal Kingdom and not being overwhelmed about the animals there, we didn't expect too much of today, Guess what! WE LOVED IT!! And we highly recommend Busch Gardens.
We spent more than 6 - six - hours in the park. The kids loved every minute! If we'd had the energi for it we could easily have spent the whole evening too, doing it all over again.
Yes, I did take lots of pictures, just love it - being able to "get so close", because the animals were close, and also because I have "the best camera" I've ever had... I just have to take pictures!!!
