It was 71km or something around there before we hit Tombstone Peak Valley. It was a bit cloudy but still a beautiful site. We just kept on driving....a little further. And then a little further. We got a little past Windy Pass before turning around. It looked like a sandbox for a giant. So much fun.
On the way back we stopped at Midnight dome and took some breathtaking pictures. We had a very random but dinner that felt like it completed me. Penne pasta with udon noodles cooked in chicken brother...tuna for Silan, chicken for me. 1/2 an avocado each....an orange for me and a kiwi for Silan. And a beer a piece. Wow that sounds a lot weirder now that I look back on it. But I'm sure it tasted good. We leave Dawson City tomorrow which is a bit sad. At least we finally get to meet Daniel! Our messages back and forth have been quite epic.
