Me, my mom and Jody went up to Tempe Az. for a week and saw the Angels play. We also went to Suprise and saw Texas take on the Cubs, and went to see the Brewers take on the Angels in Phoenix. Then back in town to see the Angels take on the Diamondbacks.

We're Back

I think this sign is funny. I take a pic of it everytime I go up there.

So back in Arizona again! We left outr house around 7 headed out on the 91 then hit the 60 and finally the 10. Haha there is one sign on the way up there that i alway take a pic of cause I think it is funny. It says "State Prison Surprise". lol I know Surprise is the city but its just funny. Surprise!!!!! We got in at about 12:30, we couldnt check in for another hour, so we hit up Sonics and had lunch. The best mixed drink is a cherry and lime slush. So bomb! We got checked in then me and Madison hit the pool. It felt so good to swim. Our pool at home has been broken and unheated forever. After That we headed to the room and got dressed and then went to see Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen. it was a good movie but long and had to many characters to the point where u didnt know who the good or bad was. Then headed back to the room and played some Mario Kart and then went to bed.

The Old Spaghetti Factory

We walked in and got a seat real quick, we didn't have to wait at all. The resturant was huge, and was decorated in old painting and old royalty stuff. There was a part of a train in the middle of the resturant. It took forever to get our waitors attention to get some bread and to order our food, but the guy was really nice and funny. The food was good eventhough I'm not a big pasta fan. The ice cream after the meal was good especially the sherbert. Yum! The meal was so filling that I almost couldn't finish the ice cream. I had the lasagna for dinner. If your a pasta person you will like this place. The atmosphere is really cool, there is lots to look at.

I couldn't finish it.

We have a restaurant like this near Columbus and I LOVE IT! If I'm ever in Phoenix, I'll have to look this up. I'm a pasta junkie.

Hilton Suites Phoenix

Nice rooms for a good price

We got our suite for 99 a night. So that was a good deal for such a nice hotel. The lobby has koi ponds and a indoor swimming pool. The breakfest is so good and its a buffet. The rooms are really big and have really nice tv and really comfortable beds. They are so soft and comfortable and you just dont want to get out of them in the morning. lol. We had a great view of the town. The hotel offers free shuttle rides. We took the shuttle to one of the games because the parking is rediculious at the stadium so what the heck. We walked a couple extra blocks but it didnt cost anything. Overall the hotel is really nice and the service is really good.
