(Volcano) Mt Yotie, looking from Hirafu chairlift.

It all started 12 months ago when myself & 2 mates went to Niseko for the first time, amazing time was had.
So we convinced 2 more mates to come in 09, booking almost 12 months in advanced we were told we had the same pad to stay in..  Well shall we say, It was like a revolving dorm house for our 3 week stay.  Crew were crashing on couches, floors, so much for our peaceful 1 year booked ahead holiday..
However, my time was sweet, i had met a lovely Japanese girl Yon, in 08.  We have stayed in touch daily for the past year by email & phone. Yon had organised to be in Niseko again this year, she had booked 2 holidays for 4 days each trip, i was very hesitant prior to seeing her again but i had no reason to be, it was both our destiny..
Yon & myself went to the Sapporo Ice Festival it was amazing the size & detail in the ice carvings is epic..
During our 3 weeks snowboarding the conditions we were blessed with was almost perfect, snow is just everywhere & everyday.

All in all a good time was had even though the exchange rate was alot worse than last year..
On a brighter note, for me that is, Yon is coming in June to Melbourne for 1 year study & work visa.  Can life be any better...

Thats a wrap..
