The Journey Resumes in Wallingford VT

Jon resumed his hike today, with me (Jackie) joining him. I'll hike with him for about a week before returning to civilization.
We had anticipated leaving during the weekend but ended up staying until Monday so as to properly celebrate Mothers' Day. We drove into VT via rt.7 and parked the car at the AT/Long Trail head in Wallingford. Only a few miles to finish the day with the Minerva-Hinchey Shelter as the evening destination.
