Beside Egyptian Art
We started later on this Sunday because nothing really opens until 10 AM. We made our way to the British Museum to see the ancient Egypt, Assyrian and Greek collections. This is a museum where it is important to go through it in the correct order to see the progress of art in civilization. You also notice how impressive the Greek and Etruscian art is compared to anything that was found before that time.

We also took in a few other exhibits at the Museum including some Asian art. One of the more fascinating exhibits to me was on the history of the clocks and the watch. The British Museum is huge so you have to pick which spots to visit.

After the museum, we looked for a Filipino restaurant called Josephine's. We found the restaurant but it was closed.
Speaker's Corner
It began to rain so we decided that we needed to get inside and we caught a bus to go to Harrod's. Once we got to Harrod's, we had afternoon tea on the Third floor café & creperie. Afternoon tea is something we have done often. This afternoon tea wasn't really that good there was no live music and the service was very slow. Once we got outside we found that it was no longer raining. So we decided to go to Speaker's Corner in Hyde Park.

Speaker's Corner is quite the site. The weather was pretty terrible and cold, but some people were still speaking. None of the speaker's were particularly interesting, some seemed like complete lunatics. People were talking about mostly religion and politics, so arguments were getting quite heated. They should probably call it Yeller's corner.

After Speaker's corner, we took the bus back to our hotel. We ended our day by going to Flo’s friends place. We got takeout chicken at a place called Nandos. This place was actually pretty tasty even though it is considered a fast food restaurant. They had very good spicy fried chicken.
