The Summary
Vilnius has become the European Capital of Culture 2009. Vilnius will be filled with more than 300 culture, art and social events with over 90 per cent of premiers and half of the events free. The goal of Vilnius 2009 is Culture Live, therefore in this city apart from professional artists ordinary residents and visitors are active creators.
