My 10week trip from Bahrain, UAE, Australia and New Zealand!

Into the desert

Kamel

We woke up at 10.30 am and prepared our self for this day. It was not necessary to take a shower or put a lot of makeup, since we are doing a safari today! At 12 o’clock we went to a restaurant to have our breakfast. Since it’s all written in Arabic Kamel ordered something for me. And it was all good. The Arabic food is delicious.

After that we went to a small café where we smoked a shisha, what they do more than 3 times a day. Because we would do the safari today we had to be at the parking place at 3pm where this guy would pick us up and bring us to the desert. 6 people were in this car. I was not afraid at all until we arrived. At the beginning of the desert we met up with some other cars so we could drive together which is a bit safer.

Damn.

Kamel & Me
It was so cool but scary and I was screaming as hard as I could. Kamel was laughing at me and I felt like a baby. Finally, after a while I start to enjoy it and made a quick stop where we could see the sunset which was beautiful!
At this place we tried to run up a dune but I felt down into the sand and was completely full of sand, it was fun!
Later on we went to a place where we could have dinner and relax and smoke shisha as well. It was a nice evening. I really want to say thank you to Kamel, cause you made this possible for me!

Later that night we went to a club called: ‘Zinc’. The music was good but in the beginning it was so quiet. We met some Dutch guys and had a lot of fun with these guys! 2.45am it was time to go back home.
