My 10week trip from Bahrain, UAE, Australia and New Zealand!

Flies and many Aboriginals

The teacher

What a noise! Around 6.30am I heard terrible music. It looks like opera music! So I couldn't sleep so very well. Until 9am I tried to sleep and then I went out the bed. I went on the internet to check some stuff. Not much later I got a message of Seraina to meet eachother in the main street called: Todd Mall.

We just went shopping and met another swiss guy Mark. We went to the supermarket walked around and bought some fruits. So we went to their hostel and had a nice lunch! finally some vitamines. We took the bus to the 'School of Air'. This is situated just a bit outside the town.
The School of Air is very famous in Australia. It has the biggest classroom in the world. Great to see how everything works. It was a schoolday so we could see how they give the lessons on the internet.

All th childeren are really enthausiastic! They like to learn and like to do things, meeting new people and talking with the other classmates. Few times a year they meet eachother here in alice springs to do a sport week and having fun with eachother. At the moment they do have 130 students.

At 3.10pm we would like to take the bus to the centre again. They told us that he will be there in a few minutes. So we waited outside. 10 minutes later there was no bus, so we asked it again and they looked and said: No, I'm sorry it's already gone! so she called a taxi for us. We waited outside and the bus just arrived so fortuntaely we could take the bus. This was the last bus in the day. It was really early!

In the evening I met Seraina and Mark again at their Hostel. We just talked a little bit and the time went so fast, it was already midnight which we didn't notice it. So I decided to walk back, but it's not really safe to walk back alone at the street in the midnight, so they brought me home.
