At a way to early time my alarm ring and I had to wake up. 7.30am I walked to the meeting point to take the bus in the direction of the Blue Mountains. I booked a tour at the AATkingtour something like that. It was pretty good. First I thought I would be the only one, but that wasn’t fortunately.
By bus we went to the Blue Mountains. And I saw many suburbs of Sydney which are beautiful. It looks so tropical, great! The first stop was at the Wild life Park where you could see the kangaroos and Koala’s.
How sweet! I’ve never seen there before so it was very nice. Just walked around and at 1035am we had to be at the bus again. We drove further to a small town in the Blue Mountains to have breakfast. It was so great to see this place. It’s small and lovely and so peaceful. In their summer they do have Christmas and for me it’s strange to think about it. But they really do anything about it to get the Christmas feeling. I saw a small shop with just things for Christmas it was very cool to see!
After the lunch we drove to the Blue Mountains. I booked an extra tour so I could go with the Skywalk line. It’s a tube or something like that which is very high but it took just a few minutes. I saw the ‘ Three Sisters’ and had a very good view. Then you had to walk to the next one. The deepest train in the world. I was really scared because you couldn’t see what happened but it was great! Then you had to walk for like 45 minutes and had some nice views.
Unfortunately there were no snakes or spiders. It could be possible to see them.
To go up again we took the cable-way which was beautiful too. I couldn’t make pictures, it was crowded and impossible to walk to the window. Then we had to be back at 2.25pm at the bus and we drove back.
On the way back we drove first to the Olympic Stadium. Nice to see. Then we went to the ferry who would bring us back to the harbor, which is situated near the opera house. In 20 minutes we arrived there safely and I had to walk back. Already sent Damian a message (tb member) since I would meet him at 7 and I was just back at the harbor at 6pm, so I had to hurry. At 7.30pm I met him at the Town Hall which is situated in the city centre. We had something to drink and eat and walked around in Chinatown. It was a nice evening!
Later that evening I went something to drink with Philip, the German roommate at darling harbor and it was just beautiful! It’s great to see.
