Rain!

After the whales we drove to a palce called Akaroa on Banks Peninsula. Supposed to be beautiful but got there when it was dark and nothing was open. Eventually found a place to stay in a budget hotel. The next morning it was pouring with rain. A lot of things still shut. The boys asked in the tourist info what to do and they actually suggested the hospital as a thing to see. This was when we knew it was time to leave and decided to drive up to Christchurch.
Had a wander around Christchurch and a nice chilled evening of tv.
