My Impressions of Cozumel
January 28, 2009
Cozumel is a fantastic place to spend some quiet time on beautiful beaches or go scuba diving. I did some of both with my new friend from TravBuddy.com. When I said that traveling alone is a bummer - I meant it. I am SO HAPPY that I have a good friend, who was able to join me and be part of the memories of my time on this island.
Cozumel is fairly laid back. San Juan, the main town on the island is where most of the action is. The action is not much, but just enough to make things interesting for my 6 days here. My usual day here: first half of the day is diving; then it's lunch with my friend; then we explore the town or hit the beach; relax and change at hotel; and finally dinner, drinks and music, with a treat thrown in somewhere during the evening.
