101 was not a slow poky road today. Lots of traffic headed into San Francisco along with us. I was having problems with the inverter for the laptop so stopped at CompUSA to have it checked out. Ended up purchasing a new one, which didn’t fix the problem, so will have to find a Dodge dealer Monday and have the van’s power source checked. No GPS today. The skies were sunny until about the last turn coming up to the Golden Gate Bridge and the mist came in. The bridge is awesome. We were surprised how much foot traffic and bikers there were crossing in both directions. Lots of $5 bills going into the toll coffers today. Drove around some side streets checking out the homes, very unique. On the drive to Santa Cruse. I was impressed with how much access there is to the beaches here in CA. Rocky areas as well as sandy beaches were a delight to see. The surfers were out in force enjoying the waves today.
