The Blue Lagoon

The day before our return to Norway. I had made Kristoffer the promise of going to the famous Blue Lagoon. My dear friend Gudny called the evening before and booked us on the bus and made sure they picked us up at the hostel that just lies 300 m from her home. The bus arrived at 09:30 am and we changed bus down at the Bus stastion where we also paied for the Blue Lagoon entrance as well at the return ticket. The bus ride lasted for about 40 min. The Blue Lagoon was made by accident but what a great accident it was:)

Gudny told me that they were drilling for water and it started to leak in the area. People started to come there to take a bath and relax in the warm water. This is how the Blue Lagoon got started:)
