traveling in Canada! From Vancouver, Vancouver Island, the Inside Pasage to Alaska for one day. Through the Rocky Mountains and the prairie of Alberta to Calgary.
conveniently located
At the main Junction in Clearwater just a block up from the Wells Gray Visitor Information Center (just off Hwy 5) is the Clearwater / Wells Gray KOA. We stayed at this pleasant Campground for one night. The toilets, the free hot showers and the laundry facilities (not free) are nice and clean. It’s a big well-run Campground with a swimming pool and a small restaurant, even a games room. Spaces for the RV’s are big but not very private, at least not in the area we were standing (quite near to the main building with all the facilities). Picnic tables and fire pits are available.
