Morocco is either the kind of place you're going to love or hate. I loved it! Loved the culture and the people are very friendly, sometimes too friendly so I suggest females should travel here with a male. Meknes is beautiful and perfect for a day trip away from fez. Fez is a quiet town, perfect for couples but limit your stay to around 3-4 nights. Marrakech Medina is vibrant and lively with a host of great markets, restuarants and bars.

A Modern Riad decorated with modern and original Moroccan furnishings, Located in the Medina.
Situated just a 20 minute drive from the airport and 10 miutes from the new town, this Riad is located right in the heart of Marrakech. A few minutes walk direct into the Medina.

The staff here are all female and very friendly. My boyfriend at the time got sick and they looked after him by providing home made medicines. He felt much better by the evening. The owner is Spanish born and speaks spanish, french and good english.

The food is prepared with fresh ingrediants and offers a good variety. Their traditional tagines are beautiful with tender meet and fresh vegatables.

The rooms are a great size. We actually stayed in the room pictured on the Riad W website. Rooms are comfortable and air conditioned with either a choice of bath or shower.
