Crowne Plaza Hotel Darling Harbour Sydney

The Crowne Plaza Darling Harbour is located in Darling Harbour in Sydney. It is an amazing place to stay because the bed was so comfortable, the bathroom so clean, and the hotel amenities were great. The location was awesome also. It was a short walk down to the Opera House and other attractions in and around Sydney's Central Business District.

How I ended up at this hotel on New Years Eve was an absolute stroke of luck. I had originally booked a room at the Holiday Inn at Potts Point near King's Cross Station. When I arrived at the Holiday Inn, I was told that a number of rooms had been damaged and could not be booked. My room was among the rooms and I was surprised to find out that they had booked a room for me at the Crowne Plaza Darling Harbour.

I could not believe my luck. The concierge even gave me a taxi voucher to get me to the other hotel. The Holiday Inn was a nice hotel, but the Crowne Plaza Hotel was a million times better. It was like moving from a one star hotel to a four star hotel for the same price. I wish I could personally thank those people who wrecked the rooms at the Holiday Inn.

I would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sydney.
