The Summary
My second chance to be in the Queen City of the South. Metro Cebu has not changed a bit. Plantation Bay Resort and Spa was overly hyped by reviews I found on the internet. I guess most of the Koreans and Japanese I saw on the resort also think this way. The city was busy as ever.
