Best little Museum in Turkey!
The Çorum Archaeology Museum was smaller in size when compared to other bigger and more well known museums, but what they may lack in the extra space they make up with some very impressive and priceless artifacts excavated from the surrounding region. The Museum was also recently nominated for the "Best European Museum 2009" award and its not a surprise. They are a clean, well designed and modern museum with very friendly staff.

Photography is allowed, but a few key items can not be photographed. There are museum attendants standing in every level who will let you know when you can't photograph something.

I am unsure to what the exact hours the museum is open, but I am sure they are the same as any museum. The basic 10 to 6 and closed on Mondays kind of deal.

Cost was 3 Turkish Lira and free to holders of the Turkish Museum card.
