0305. More Mud Castles (Mor 138--new)

Taking a grand taxi back to Rissani, I was still hungry to explore some more Mud Castles--so the first one we came across I told the driver to let me off--I figure I can walk the rest of the way. 

Rissani tunnel cities are a little different.  The tunnels aren't in straight lines and there's no tunnel inside the perimeter--so you can get pretty lost... thus they're more fun or less fun--depends how you look at it... and the kids are nicer too...

I explored Ksar Abdelaziz, then continued on toward Rissani on foot.  µ

As I walked past lush countryside and flooded fields I had this odd recurring feeling that I was in Vietnam, rather than in the middle of the Sahara desert.  The sea of green just continued on and on...
