I arrive back in Casablanca Monday morning after 13 days of practically non stop travel--took care of some things... then... on the road less than twenty-four hours later!

Due to time restraints, I won't be able to cover enormous distances--but there are still a lot of towns to hit right close by...
First priority, however, is to go back to the 6 towns whose pictures and clips vanished somehow from my memory card and retake them... So I'm off to El Jadida...

Get there in good time, grab a grand taxi straight to Jorf Lasfar, where I get dropped of in Oulad Brahim--a little village right next to the cliffs... I take my pictures--come back to town just as the kids are getting out on break.

.. everyone seems very happy that I so appreciate "their" beautiful cliffs... The jolly village chief comes out and insists that I take his picture...

"You're welcome back here any time" he shouts out cheerfully as I leave...

I didn't intend to walk back to Moulay Abdellah--but none of the grand taxis seem to be stopping for me, so I start walking.... suddenly I notice I sizeable town that I'd somehow completely overlooked on my last hike around this area... So I head down to explore Oulad Ghadban...

It's a rather poor little town surrounded by lush green fields right along a very rugged shore... Locals are just coming in with bags full of clams and mussels they've harvested...

A couple guys loitering around the village barber strike up a conversation... I need a haircut, so stick around for a while... One very simply looking fellow, who is actually an immigrant to Italy gets me to talking about politics... He tries talking in a mix of French and Italian--finally I beg him to just speak to me in Arabic...

The point out to me the footpath to nearby Moulay Abdullah and I head on my way...
