Hydrobase--quite likely it's technically part of of Saint-Louis, but I decided it should count as a separate town. Continued on to what seemed to be a tourism compound of sorts--under some trees a couple of scantily dressed European women were getting "African dance lessons" from a local... a funny sight... Had a chat with a couple of local musicians--this area seems to be a real hub for Senegalese musicians...
Met an interesting Italian tourist as I headed back to Saint-Louis. He's in a somewhat serious relationship with a local lady and we had a good discussion on that whole topic...
...Back in Saint-Louis, had a lunch of the best grilled fish I've ever tasted, got my shoes sown up by a streetside cobbler... and headed on my way...
