On the second day we woke up with a snowy landscape. We decided that we're going to Hyde Park first so we can make some great pictures of the snow. But when we got there it began to rain unfortunatly. So we turned to plan B. We went to the National Gallery and Portrait Gallery at Trafalgar square to see all those beautiful paintings etc. Well, a lot of people thought that way, so at 12.00 it began to be crowded there. But it was time to have lunch anyway so we were just eating sandwiches at EAT. in front of the museums till the sun came.
So, we walked to Charing Cross and over the bridge through the Jubilee Gardens, where a "weinachtsmarkt/Christmasmarket was, to the Eye. Finally I got my ride on the Eye. We've been there twice already but the first time it was closed and the second time there was a enormous line-up. But the waiting was worth it, the view was amazing!!!
After that we went back to our apartment to rest a little and freshed ourselfs up for the evening. We went back to Leicester square and after a couple of pints at happy hour in a few pubs we had diner at Friday's near Covent Garden. It was another great day!!
