Pre-fun??? not at this moment!!

After months of reading, planning, calling/mailing with our tour operator, and pre-fun, we had booked the fly-tickets last Saturday. We were thrilled. But Tuesday there was a terrible news-flash; riots, looting, almost a revolte. This was the island, with peaceloving people, as everyone suggested? Although we had planned our trip in October, what is still a long way ahead,  this did give the joy a punch. Yesterday, it seems, the mayor of Tana proclaimed itself as the new president. OH MY, do not let this be the beginning of a civil war! Not because of us, but mostly, because there is already enough fighting about nothing. Stupid mankind!
