One day in november we checked flights in Rumbo and we made a reservation to Berlin. If you are looking for good rates and you are working from Monday to Friday, you might be forced to do what we did… leave on a Wednesday afternoon and come back on Friday morning! That results in just a 1 full day visit, so we started designing the trip. Steps: 1.Check TB’s reviews 2.Review Lonely Planet 3.Position all interesting places in Google earth 4. Watch some videos in YouTube.

Leaving Berlin

Woaw, next day we were quite exhausted! we had walked for hours and today we were flying at 5pm! as we didn´t have enough time to do tons of stuff we just stayed quite close from the hotel visiting Rotes Rathaus (city hall) and also Nikolainviertel (medieval neighbourhood). This time we were flying from Schoenefeld airport, which was quite far from the city center. We took a train to the aiport, although the timetable was quite confusing. We were lucky we left with plenty of time to get there. Anyhow, right in Alexanderplatz, you find a station! I highly recommend you the hotel we stayed in, as the location was excellent!
