Hotel La Residenza Venice

Loved this beautiful hotel in Venice! Definitely the nicest hotel during our whole stay! Took us awhile to find this place, the "road" was hidden by some T shirt vendors, but when we did finally find it we were very happy. It overlooks a small square in a quiet part of Venice. The lobby is magnificent! This is also the area where we have our breakfast. The breakfast was VERY sparse, but with such pretty surroundings it was easy to be forgiving. The room was so pretty. Real Verona glass fixtures. Nice bathroom (a little small) clean, nice staff. Had no problem borrowing a hair dryer from them. Do remember they wanted to be paid in cash. That was a little inconvenient, perhaps they have changed their policy. This place books up very quickly. It was definitely a good value for Venice.
