Fun in the water and on the beach

Our first "daring" adventure was to ride the flyfish.  A maximum of 6 people can ride, but I think it's best when only 3 people are on it.  It's much more exciting than the banana boat, in which the fun part is you all fall off during sharp turns.  In the flyfish, the wind pushes it up almost 90 degrees, you're practically standing up! Feels like you're flying.  And having a heart attack.  Kidding!  I was clutching so tight, afraid of flying off the flyfish (lest they not come back for me...haha), my arms were aching afterwards!  You could request that they just go slow, or go wild and make everyone fall off.  It's really up to you.  We were told that one time, a family rode it and even took along a 2 year old!  It's now part of my must-do/see list for Boracay :D

Next activity we did was to go sailing, right before sunset.

You get alternate views of the sun and the island, going back and forth along the White Beach side of the island.  It was so relaxing -- the cool wind, the water so blue, and the sun slowly setting.

For an afternoon snack, we drank shakes at Jonah's. The best fruit shakes in Boracay!  They have all sorts of combinations of flavors, fruits like mango, banana, melon, strawberry, added with milk, vanilla, or rum.  So good, we definitely had to go back before we leave.

After that we just walked along the beach, looked at items being sold along the pathway (there are more vendors at night).  Then we settled at Summerplace, another hot spot in Boracay.  Mongolian buffet for dinner, then a few drinks after.
