Miami, FL

Bayfront Park

There is something about this town, people love it or hate it. I love it!!

It's a little bit of a melting pot between South america, cuba, and europe. Most people I know in Miami are spanish but this doesn't mean they all are.

The reason i love Miami so much?? It's a party town. I say latin america would be Miami IF we had money for the highways and keep the cities clean.

Miami is a combination of a big city - big buildings, turism, traffic, bad neighborhoods. I like big cities although public transportation is not good in florida AND if you want to visit you need a car. Keep in mind, after a few days here you will have a degree in agressive driving! and don't go on holiday weekends!! it will take you forever to park or to get in to any club. Spring break is also crowded but since all schools have different weeks off it's not as bad as say memorial weekend.

Miami has different things to see and do. I NEED TO SPEND TIME AS A TOURIST AND VISIT THE ACUARIUM, PARROT ISLAND, VIZCAYA MUSEUM AND OTHER MUSEUMS IN DOWNTOWN.

Yo MIAMI is where it is at! I recently travel there using Universal Adventure USA by Georgia and WOW what a trip..I usually do not review things, but Universal Adventure puts together a great deal and you should check them out. The only number I have for them is 866-800-0580.

Downtown Miami

If after 5 am you still want to party, take a cab and head out to downtown. Ask the cab driver to take you to SPACE or NOCTURNAL. These places are open after hours and have patio areas to dance to the sunshine! i heard they close @ 2PM but i haven't been there that long. Lines are long after 4 am, so try to get there a little early plus keep in mind you have to pay cover again. Nothing is free in this town!  These places are definitely worth going at least once! HUGE clubs with world famous DJ and thousands of people dancing to house music.

This place is located in Brickell(downtown) It is right below the Candem apartments in Marry Brickell Village. There are other restaurants and bars in this area.
This bar is fun because is small, nice decoration-red based-, great music, and a great crowd. It is always crowded earlier in the night (11pm) and most people go to another club around 1-2am. Most clubs in miami close @ 5 am so starting at 11:00pm is early!! Getting drinks here takes a long time! there are only 2 bartenders and they can't keep up with so many people. This bar is not as "fancy" as the rest of Miami bars. It is more laid back(dont fall off the dress code too much) and the bouncer doesn't ask you for a reservation or $20 cover to get in. Drinks are average miami price(around $12 a drink).
