Only 90,- Euro's that was the price of our trip to London. This was including the Bustrip to London and one night in a hotel. It was allready our third trip to London so most of it w've allready seen.
We left with the bus at 11.45pm at our hometown and arrived at the entrance of the Eurotunnel at calais France at 5 in the morning. After a quick passport check we drove in the train with our dubbledeck luxuery coach. It was not an easy task to drive that bus on too the train, but our driver succeeded in his job! Every bus parks in a different fireproof compartement and has to turn the engine and all electric power off. Once the train starts moving it is 25 minutes to England. You hardly ever noticed your were in a train that runs 50 meter below the seafloor of the channel.
Wen we arrived in England it was antoher 80 miles to London centre. We arrived about 9am in the morning. The same bus would pick us up at the end of the day to bring us to our hotel. The first thing we had to do was getting some english ponds, we almost forgot because were so used to pay with the euro in whole europe. After getting the money we went on the London Tube with our first exit Camden Town. Camden Town is an innercity district located in North London. Camden Town is famous for its crowded markets, liberal attitude and associations with popular culture. Since the 1960s the Roundhouse has been a centre of alternative culture, and later associated with punk and Goth subculteres. Camden Town is also referred to as Camden.
After camden we went on the tube again and got of at Old Street station were we had lunch at Jamie Olivers restaurant Fifteen (see review).
In the morning at 9am, after we had o very good breakfest the bus took us back to London Centre were we visitid Camden Again (our favorite place) Jasmyn wanted to by a leather nice ring there. After a quick thai meal we went back to see the changing of the palace gueards, brrrr it was cold while waiting!!! When it started to rain also we left and went into St james park to see all the squirrels walking arround, pretty fun to watch.
At almost midnight we were back home and had great thoughts about a succesfull weekend!!!!!
