Dinner in Midtown

After a quick stop off at my house to leave all our wine, most of my luggage, and pack a small overnight bag, Brett and I headed to my favorite Mexican restaurant in Midtown for guacamole and infused tequila! Brett had said he wanted to try fresh guacamole before leaving and this was the perfect place to check out. This is where I go for Tequila Thursday and the reason Old School Bill has nicknamed me TQ (Tequila Queen). HAHA. Every week, Centro comes out with a new infused tequila and the list was pretty long. I had the apple pomengranate I think and I can't remember what Brett had - or maybe he had the one I thought I had..HAHA. I needed her to repeat them several times because there were so many and the combinations were somewhat confusing. My favorite is their anniversary one which I make at home - tequila infused with kiwi, strawberry, and pineapple. YUM!
We each had a taco and burrito combo which I was only able to finish part of because I chowed on too many chips and guacamole. Hee Hee. Sadly, it was already getting late and I was exhausted. We needed to hurry and get on the road to San Francisco before I would fall asleep on the road. Next time he is out visiting I will take him to Old Sac and other parts of downtown which are great to visit. I gotta work on my master plan to get him to move from to California when his work contract in Taiwan is up. :D
