Victoria at night

I flew from Montreal to Victoria. Only spent a couple of days there as I wanted to spend a few days in Vancouver before flying out of Canada so just stayed in Victoria. The weather wasn't very good but I did go out on a whale watching boat and saw an Orca really close! It was amazing, a bit scary though with how close it was and it was huge and we were just in this tiny open boat! By the time the other boats arrived the Orca went away so we were really lucky to have spent about 10 minutes with it. We saw a couple of Humpbacks as well. One came really close to the boat after diving to the bottom for about 5 minutes so that scared us because we were just waiting for it to come back up. Victoria was really nice. I would love to go back in the summer and see the rest of Vancouver Island.

Went by ferry to Vancouver. It rained most of the time but I still enjoyed my time there. Went up the top of Grouse Mountain, Capilano suspension bridge, Ice Hockey game, Stanley Park and the Vancouver aquarium. At the Vancouver Aquarium I did the Beluga Whale encounter. They were beautiful and I got to be part of the show with them doing tricks and even let them spit on me!
