harbour of Barca

We decided to take it easy for our last day in Barca and took a few walks in and near the harbour. We also met some Italian people on the beach and it was quite relaxing. They told us about about parc Montjuic, which is located near the harbour so we decided to head over there because nature was said to be very beautiful (although artificial). On the road to this park we stumbled accross some great graffiti, Barcelona is really full of it and is also one of the most important graffiti cities in the world. There were some fountains in Parc Montjuic too in which you could refresh yourself. This parc is really relaxing and not populated by large amounts of tourists. There was a castle innit as well, a splendid viewing point on the Mediterranean sea.
We also went through the neighbourhood of Barceloneta but unfortunately I don't have any pics of that. I do remember a large iron construction in the form of a fish but don't go there to have a drink because one cocktail easily costs 12 euro's, so was our experience. The weather was really terrible in the evening and we even had to look for shelter under a bridge because it was raining as hell. Luckily such showers don't take long in Barcelona so we could back to the camping spot again some minutes later. Tomorrow we'd see a totally different Catalunya!
