return to Australia

We left my home heavy hearted, as all my family really wanted us to stay on longer, well we had originally planned to stay over Christmas, and I would have loved to share this experience with Giao. However then we did not know our luck of becoming parents yet.

Of course it changed things; all of my family took a great interest in it all, and did not like the idea of travelling to Africa.

Sadly since we stayed already 3 month in Austria and now with the new EU laws it is not so easy to just hop in a foregone country to prolong your stay, No now all work together, so we had to leave the country eider way and this made us think to hop back home to Australia.

It would give us chance to look for a hospital, medical facility and finally change the house getting it ready for the arrival of our Family addition.

I kept thinking and planning for Africa, made changes almost every day , however we felt it might come with stress, travelling like we did in South America without really any exact details just on the go, and I was not to comfortable placing giao under more stress now. So home it is!

After all we met fantastic people on our trip, the meet up in San Francisco, experiencing amazing people and sometimes quite scary situations on our trip made it all worth it. And now I am looking forward to continue this adventure with my little baby as we still have a bit to cover.
