Vegas once again
Well today we got in to LA after a 12 hr flight, got straight out to get form National our car, I did notice though much more police on the airport and it is much cleaner then I remebered form my last visite.
National has now a service where you can select your own car so we chose a PT cruser as it was Blue in color, and 4 door… I don’t like 2 door cars
Easy drive on the 110 north then on the foothill Fw and finaly all the way to Vegas on the #15.
As already mensioned we did book our room already at the Palace station and did not worry about time we took.
On the way we coulod see snow covered mountains bevore heading in to the dessert.
Vegas did grow imense since I been here last time (15 years ago) much more of big hotels lots of light shows and presentation.
I was looking forward to show Giao the shows on the stip but must say I did like them as a young boy, now however I found some (TI) a bit tacky…
Getting older I guess.
But then again we did not plan to stay long there anyhow.
The show at freemount street is however quite impressive.
Sure it was mid week but still.
The hotel is a bit off the strip just on the Junction of Stratosphare so it is easy to find on Sahara av.
Rooms are confortable easy check in /out.
Internet is included in the tax which is a bonus for travellers.
Bathroom could have been cleaned better and some minor spills form other people on floor but then again in a hotel with a larger tunr over easy to find this.
Sadly the strip trolly (buss) does not go to the hotel however there is a free bius shuttle to the strip 1 mile shoping street
Would I stay again? Hmm I think so given its cost and location / selve parking.. Yes I’d stay again
