Angkor Wat and the Angkor Museum

Our last full day in Siem Reap and we've planned an easy one.
Met the Tuk Tuk driver outside the hotel at 9am and then it's the short drive to Angkor Wat, shame it's not farther away as it's really cool just sitting there watching the world go by.
Angkor Wat was spectacular as always and we stayed away from the throngs.
We had planned to spend the afternoon in the museum, but to be honest it wasn't that great and we'd finished after an hour. So we went across the road for an iced coffee to decide what next. The plan was now to go into town and see if we could find any gifts that we'd be able to get through Aussie customs, unfortunately there wasn't much other than t-shirts and books we'd be able to get through. Wendy ended up going for a pedicure whilst I had a choice of either going into a bar or an internet cafe. Since it was only just turning midday it would have to be the internet cafe. Once she'd finished we had a quick light bite to eat before heading back to the hotel.
The evening consisted of the usual walk into town and going back to the same restaurant as the previous 2 nights for more pork products. You know you've made an impression when all the waiting staff recognise you & wave when you sit down.
