Passing through

Calais isn't really much of a place. It's a port town, and has been for it's entire history. It shows. Fortunately, there isn't a great deal of reason to hang around town, unless you're particularly keen on cheap wine. We did pick up a fantastic 1kg bottle of Dijon mustard - for 70 pence. She ain't the best mustard you'll ever have, but it's not bad and for 70p it's a bit of a bargain.
