good morning! tea and flowers- what a girl i am!

up and ready to leave by 9.15 (hey, i did go to bed at 10!)- its gonna be a long drive today.

few more photo opportunities at port campbell, the arch, londons bridge and the grotto. sun is out again so it is extra pretty. was going to stop in port fairy as its meant to be pretty but couldnt find much so we kept going! through warnambool but as it isnt whale season nothing to stop for!

the road became long, straight and boring and continued to be long, straight and boring as we head into south australia! spend about an hour driving through an enormous plantation forest. at least sarah got to see her first kangaroos in oz, and they were wild! they may have been sleeping........on the road....... but she still saw them!!!

we go through mount gambier (in hindsight should have stopped at the blue lakes- oh well!) and got v.

all set for the day!
peed off with fifi- she kept sending us the wrong way, in her stupid plummy british accent!

we carry on along the coast through beachport, not so pretty as the weather has turned naff! we stop to take photos of some penguins we spotted on a rocky outcrop. well, we thought they were penguins until they started flying away! its an easy mistake to make!

we were going to stop in robe for the night but as time was good we decided to carry on to kingston se for the night. we decide to stay in a caravan park tonight so we can have electricity and heat! we cook ourselves some chicken and rice then have another early night (9.30!). i have driven 500km today you know!
