my heeeeed!

ok, not much im gonna write as i had a hangover all day! i had to get tram to meet cheryl (bus driver) as im gonna be staying there. cheap and she's hardly ever there. it took me over an hour which did not help with the tiredness!

i had to change rooms at the hostel also and who do i get put in with? a load of lairy english lads! not what anyone needs! as it turns out they are quite funny, ok really.

so on the way back from tram i had to get off like, a million stops early as the road had been shut off- annoying! until i realised why- a massive gay pride march! and i walked alongside it for about half hour! it was hilarious but surreal also. the streets were lined with hundreds of people cheering, most of them just drinking in bars. at the front of the parade was a car with a huge loudspeaker on playing a beach boys song repeatedly followed by about 6 guys dressed in red lycra dancing as they went along!!! behind them were loads of people with banners and placards. it was as funny as it sounds! it definitely made the 40 min walk and hangover worth it!
