dr.karl rocks!

after a leisurely start to the day at my place (!!!) i head to st.kilda to meet the others as tonight is THE big night- we are going to see dr.karl kennedy and his band!! (he's from neighbours in case u've been living on mars for the past 15 years!)

so after getting to the pub early (well, we wanted a good table!) we were told the doors weren't open so we drink wine and wait in the bar. after being let into the room we have to wait another hour or so before he comes on! obviously they do this so you are drunk and enjoy it more (ok, maybe that was just me!). and he so did rock! he was on for about an hour and everyone was loving it!

once he'd gone everyone had a dance then i had to leave to catch the last trams- bummer!
