Day 3 we headed into Switzerland to Lucerne. We got into Lucerne pretty late and went to see the Lion Monument and then headed to the hotel. After check in and dinner a bunch of us went on a pub crawl. It was good fun and we got to know more people on the tour that much better. The first pub was a lot of fun. We bought 40 shots for a drinking game we were playing, which went downhill after most of the shots were gone. At the second pub we heard of a drink called a "Gemma" served in a martini shaker and consisting of 9 shots. Needless to say everything is a little blurry after two of those. I do, however, remember not knowing I was at a different pub trying to order another Gemma though. And I think there was a car in the third pub as well. Next thing I knew I was back at the hotel involved in a crazy conversation with my roommate and Kara.

Day 4 got off to a bit slow start for most of us. But we all went into town and looked around. I ended up getting lost for hours but it was really cool. I wandered around the Chapel Bridge for a while, then found my way back to the Lion Monument, and just through the cobbled streets of Lucerne for a few hours. I met up with a bunch of people on the tour back at the hotel and we started a house party in the common room of the hotel. It lasted through dinner and into the wee hours of the morning.
