Back about ten years ago our area seemed to go through a phase.  I’m sure you all know how things go, one day you’ve never seen something before and then the next they are everywhere and the most popular thing around.  That was the case here with fountains.  The cute little ones that fit on the corner or your desk at work, you just add a quart of water, plug it in and it drives you knuts with that stupid dribbling sounds making you feel like you need to go to the john.
